"I also wanted to say that walking out of your office getting in my car and driving it took me a little while to realize I had no pain, noticeable pain in my knee. Once I realize that, it occurred to me how unbelievably effective that treatment was. I played golf yesterday without a brace. The pain I had prior isn’t there like it was before it’s still sore in different ways but I’m walking better and feeling better. I can’t believe it and I thank you so much for doing that with me."
I provide counseling for adults and adolescents, available both in person and through secure telehealth sessions. I offer individual and couples counseling to support growth, healing, and stronger connections.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectial Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused, Solution Focused Brief therapy (SFBT), strengths based and Family Systems. I am certified in Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I am also a Maricopa County ADOT alcohol screening approved therapist
Recovery is a process of change through which people improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential. The process of recovery is highly personal and occurs via many pathways. Recovery is characterized by continual growth and improvement in one’s health and wellness that may involve setbacks. Because setbacks are a natural part of life, resilience becomes a key component of recovery.
I specialize in helping adolescents and adults who are struggling with both addiction and the lasting impact of trauma. Many people turn to substances as a way to cope with overwhelming memories, emotions, or experiences, but this often creates a painful cycle that feels hard to break. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on creating a safe space where you can begin to heal at your own pace.
I am certified in Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), two powerful, evidence-based methods that help the brain and body process unresolved trauma and reduce distress. Together, we will work to understand how past experiences may be influencing your current challenges, develop healthier ways of coping, and build the resilience needed for lasting recovery. My goal is to support you in finding hope, strength, and a renewed sense of self.
